I ordered a 20.5 telescopic ladder on 3/16. Here it is 4/30 and after many failed attempts to contact the company it seems that I was a scam victim. Please do not waste your money here. Go to Lowe's or Home Depot and pick up your merchandise where and when you pay for it.
