There is no website, I ordered 2 dog beds almost a month ago and supposed to be here within 7 days. I've emailed and was sent a tracking number I can't seem to locate. I called the number and left a message as no one answered and not even a business message when the answering machine came on, just generic.
I ordered a scooter from here too, and pay for two day shipping five days later I still haven’t even shipped. It haven’t responded to me or nothing. Now I have to contact my bank and get my money back.

Very poor,I paid £200 for a scooter which never arrived,the so say picture UPS provided was not my house.Tried to contact Zentrix by email and phone but had no reply...these are scam merchants do not buy from!
If I could give it a minus I would. Paid for a scooter so called delivered to another part of the country. UPS said it was knutsford my address is not there. The website said the order was still processing tried to email to be met with errors opened a case with pay Pal as owner not responding...awful from start to finish now awaiting to get my money back steer clear do not use joke of a site
Ordered and paid £200 for a scooter on the 8th June, emailed 3 times, left voicemail messages but no replies to anything!! Had to put a case forward to Paypal to retrieve my money!! Absolutely shocking what they are doing and is nothing more than a scam!! Stay clear from these scammers!!

I have give this 1 star as none isn’t an option. Absolutely appalling customer service as nobody calls you back although it states you will be called Back within 24 hours. Not a single reply to my emails either. I made a payment through PayPal on the first of the month and 14 days later had to contact PayPal to see if they could resolve the issues. They did however respond to PayPal pronto and gave them a shipping order number and said it had just been sent. After tethered more days they cancelled my order and PayPal had to refund me. This item was for my little girls birthday on the 12th and I feel like they ruined it for her. Stay well clear of this company if I was you.
