Great company making great products. This isnt my first time reviewing this company nor buying their products. I have had previous other great experiences.
I bought 2 custom cables, one for my razer viper & my model O and they are fantastic. They feel wireless! The shipping time had a very minor delay but thats a given with royal mail and I believe ZGM shipped it out as fast as possible so it was out of their hands.
Installing the cable went ok, only a screwdriver and the cable was required and they fit perfectly into my devices.

After 4months my Lamzu Atlantis mini scroll wheel became defective and would sometimes scroll up when scrolling down. I shipped it back to them and they replaced it with no worries. Great support!

The time it took to ship out was 5 weeks, and came with me being forced to email them for updates, in which they lied. I was told it would get shipped out "this current week", but that did not happen. Its also been 2 weeks since it shipped, and I almost forgot about my purchase. Straight garbage company

I ordered a paracord cable from here because my stock razer cable had started disconnecting every so often. That's when I discovered Zerkgamingmods (originally called paracablemods). After ordering the cable, I joined their discord server where Matthew (the owner of the site) helped me whenever I needed any updates on my order, or when I had any questions about it. He was very understanding and seems like a very nice person, and when my order did come (just before I wrote this review) it was packaged well and the cable I ordered worked like a charm, and as a bonus it almost feels wireless. Would definitely buy from here again!

The order did take almost a week to arrive but it was just because an error with my adress on google pay but the order shipped the day after it was amended. Also great customer support that responded very quickly.

Ordered a new mouse, came the next day! Cheaper than Amazon too. Will use again for my nerdy needs.

Great experience. I had to cancel an order, and Mathew was extremely fast at cancelling and refunding my PayPal account. I would use it again.

Unfortunately the product I bought developed a defect. But the support I received was amazing. Sending me the replacement part as I felt comfortable to install it. Would 100% use these guys again.

Ordered a Lamzu Atlantis back in October, initial service was great, stock alerts worked so I could order as it came in and arrived in good time (as far as I can remember) and it was all good, no issues.

My mouse had an issue with the scroll wheel, a known defect with the initial batch of Atlantis' that I didn't get round to sorting till 8 months later, sent it back and within a few days received a new V2 version with the problem resolved.

Great company, with great service. Can't recommend them enough.

I've ordered from ZerkGamingMods a few times at this point and never had any issues with the experience. I ordered a mouse 6 months ago and the mouse developed a fault (no fault of ZerkGamingMods). I got in touch and received great customer service, sorted my problem out quickly and with better than expected results. Nothing but high praise for them.

The Lamzu Atlantis i ordered on the 20th came on the 21st super fast delivery, good packaging and from a little glance at their discord its a nice little community everyone seems to be helpful and nice. IT EVEN CAME WITH A HARIBO STARMIX. Twas a nice touch, in general tho fast delivery and will order again.

Excellent customer service. Had a slight delivery delay so inquired via email. I received a response literally within 5 minutes and I turns out each delivery is done solo by the owner. My delivery charge was refunded without issue and my mouse grips will arrive shortly.

If there was a rating higher than 5 stars Zerkgamingmods would get it. I bought a limited edition pulsar mouse, and Matt was very helpful letting me know when it was releasing so I could be sure to get it before it sold out. It arrived quickly with no problems. I unfortunately ran in to an issue with the mouse, but I was told just how to fix it and Matt let me take apart the mouse myself so I didn’t have to wait for it to be fixed by him which was also an option he was perfectly happy to offer. This was the best customer support I have ever received for any purchase ever, and has made me a customer for life. If they stock a product you want, make sure to get it from them, I promise you won’t regret it.

Ordered replacement feet for my G Pro Wireless, shipped fast and it was a pack of 2, which is nice if I need to open the mouse.

This is a long time coming. I've used Matt's shop/service for years now, back when the site was called Paracablemods. I've never once had so much as an inconvenience when using the site/talking with Matt. Despite asking stupid questions via customer support message or even needing a quick refund as I used the wrong payment method, Matt is an absolutely stellar individual.
When Zerkgamingmods has a product I'm looking for, I will *always* buy here before any other outlet.
