Fraudulent scamsters!

I ordered a purple corduroy jacket. They have been responding with standard apologies. This business is a fraud. When we demanded a repayment, they told us that it would be delivered within 8 working days. This was a lie and they have now disappeared with our money. We are going to report them to the authorities. Steer clear

Zermo is a scam (Do Not Buy)

Zermo is a scam. They will respond to all emails with some typical response (e.g. all packages are shipped with 6-14 business days or that you do not have the correct address included). We’ve been waiting for 2 months for the corduroy puffer jacket. Zermo is not a legitimate business - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

No shopping from ZermoAmsterdam

Since I can not reply to the response of Zermo above, i am openning a new complain. They mentioned that the products are sent again but the delivery is still not done as of 18th of December for the orders that has been given at the beginning of october! I am waiting for 2.5months and I am afraid that they will not return my money either! NO SHOPPING from Zermo!

Terrible company

Terrible company. I still am waiting for my order from 14 July. Have been told after me chasing. Seems to be lost. No updates and they have my money. 72 Euros poorer. Don’t bother ordering.
