Hannah was so excellent that words cannot cover it. Oh my god to explain my journey is like a book. Freeholder died in Scotland 16yrs ago. Found the daughter, no exceptance of anything, spoken to a dead man's phone . Spoken to Scotish sheffifs, traced so many of the family . All to prove to a judge we have done all we can. Hannah has been there all the way on my journey with regular updates and advice from Joseph. This company will not give up till a satisfactory conclusion is made. Even though we have no concluded on this journey we are still continuing on our plite and I would not hesitate to recommend a company so much who fights to the end for YOU. A lease renewal is normally a once in a lifetime experience, so it's important that it is handled professionally! The first thing Zero Down Lease supplied was a free report on the property in question which outlined the benefits of renewing the lease. I had dealings with several members of the team to varying extents. Josef mainly, however the whole team, Hannah, Ned and Aleksandra were both polite and professional through out. Josef, in particular, was subjected to an array of questions mainly to make things clear to myself and at no point did he ever loose his patience. I cannot thank Hannah and the colleagues who work for Zero Down Lease enough. I submitted a query on Wednesday and within a couple of hours I’d received a phone call, followed by a draft report on my leasehold. We then arranged a call and wow so so so so so helpful! Hannah was really honest, transparent, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s one of the best calls I’ve had recently.
