The new parcel shipment was booked on the 10th of April and didn't arrive until the 16th (No idea what went wrong there, it was a ParcelForce express24 service too!) I'm very sorry about that. I hope you can appreciate that delivery is out of our control once it leaves the warehouse but we're also aware that no tracking information was sent to you for this extra parcel, sorry about that it usually happens automatically but in this instance we needed to send you an additional parcel and it didn't register automatically. I hope you enjoyed the correct parcel and that this experience hasn't put you off using our website again. Thank you

I would recommend , delivery was really quick , the bottles were well packed. The bottles look really good, nice shape . Have not tasted it yet as they are for my daughter to drink at her Baby Shower.
