The parcel was in holding for 2 months in your local DPD Dispatch in Madrid, we had no knowledge of this as you did not inform anyone from our team that you had not yet received your parcel. We apologised for the wait time as we were not aware of the situation but there was nothing we was able to do until you informed a member of our staff.
