Really quick delivery and high quality shirts, with the brilliant as ever Loch Ness FC designs, however, with the shirts being a slim line design style, even when ordering the largest size, they are still very restrictive and not really suitable for bigger people

We try to be as inclusive as we can with our product sizing, which is why we offer most products in at least a 3XL size, and offer both mens and womens cuts in many products as well.
The shirt you've ordered goes from Age 3 up to 5XL in size, so we really have done our best to cater for all sizes of people for these shirts, and we do state on the product page that these are athletic slim cut shirts so it isn't a surprise to people when they arrive. With both advertising this fact and offering a 5XL size, I'm not sure what else as a small business we could do to cater for you and get a better review, as you state the shirt was high quality and you had a good delivery experience and I'm sure we handled your return and refund with the same high level of service.

I would note that the shirts run quite small/ snug, but the quality is great, designs striking, and really love supporting a zero carbon business!

We include this information on the product page that the shirts are a Kappa-style slim/athletic fit and also the chest sizes for each one and to size up if necessary, so hopefully people see it and take note!

Champions League Service !
I was trying to buy a football shirt which was out of stock. When I contacted the support team they told me that they had my size available with a back print which did not show on the website. Via a couple of e-mails (with Dan, give that man a raise!) I was able to place and order on a Thursday and had it delivered on the Monday! Excellent product and brilliant service! Top Notch!
