I purchased two medium size T-shirts from zero plastics. They arrived in good time, and appear to be excellent quality. Unfortunately, the medium size is slightly too tight on me, and I contacted their support group to see about returns. I have been so impressed by the quick and extremely helpful response. Their customer service is the best that I’ve seen in a very long time. The only thing I would note is that the T-shirt seem to run at a slightly small size, I am 5 foot 10, and 82KG, and the medium was really too tight. The good folk at zero plastics have not even asked me to return the existing shirts, and sending me two of the large size without cost!

There was a small problem with delivery. Once the team became aware of it they fixed it immediately. Was very reassuring.

I so dearly wanted to love this product as it claimed all that it claimed...not so much, unfortunately, For context, I found a company with a VERY similar name, selling VERY similar products out of the UK, so I spread the love. Product from the UK arrived in quick time; the "Australian" product, shipped via China (possibly a slow boat from China), arrived 20 days after I ordered it. I ordered 2 x Merino t-shirts (XL); I received 2 x t-shirts (maybe Merino - hard to tell), both of which bear the ticket for XL, but one fits like a tight fit Medium or close-fit Large and the other fits like a bell tent! And oh how I wish I had read the refund and return policy before ordering. Just a waste of my money - when will I learn?! Caveat Emptor - you have been warned.
