Works exactly as promised BUT
The filter is very effective 5/5 for the filter quality.
The only problem I see is that I can only insert one liter of water at a time and need to wait for it to finish filtering before I can insert the next / pour water into glasses because the water that's not yet filtered would flow out.

The team here make returning a product extremely time consuming and difficult. If it isn't AI responding then it is an act of playing stupid in order to loop you round and round until you give up trying to get your money back. Very, very poor service and to be avoided.
In regards to the response below, my comment above is regarding the effort to even get zero water to issue a return in the first instance. It took many attempts and days of frustrating emails to be acknowledged that the filter was ok to return per the instructions on the website to get the green light before sending. Perhaps you should adhere to your website also.

Our return processing procedure takes up to 14 days, and this is clearly stated on our website. On 5 August, I also contacted you to ask whether there was anything we could do to resolve the situation, but unfortunately we did not receive a response from you.
You received your refund yesterday, as we were only able to process your return this week. This was still within our stated 14-day processing period.
