Rubbish!!

the new kit was put in a position so that we cant open the freezer properly, stuff was taken off the walls without asking us and a lot of rubbish was left behind. We were told that someone would come fix things this week but so far all we have had is one contact saying they were trying to find someone. Also we were promised that someone would come to help us change supplier so far that hasn't happened either. Really fed up.

Sold me what they intended to sell me…

Sold me what they intended to sell me after calling in for a health check. The upgrade is great and a vast improvement on the 5kw battery that never worked despite repeated request to effect a fix. Once contract was signed and they had my money, I never heard from them only the contractors doing the work and they were great.

My experience over several years of…

My experience over several years of working with Zest, has always been excellent.
In this recent contract, their performance was again executed promptly and efficiently in both the installation and follow-up procedures. Zest Energy are a good, reliable company to work with.

The installation was pushed to get done…

The installation was pushed to get done quickly and they were very efficient and tidy. But nobody told me how long it would take to get all the paperwork to allow me to use it. It's almost 6 weeks already. 19/ 03/26

We would like to clarify the point regarding delays. Your system was fully installed and operational immediately, and the required notification to the electricity network (DNO) was submitted on the same day as commissioning — well within the 28-day requirement.

The timeframe you are referring to relates to the DNO and energy supplier processes, which are outside of our control and can often take several weeks to complete.

That said, we are continuing to support you with the next steps, including assisting with your move to a new supplier to ensure you get the most from your system.

The Purchase and installation was good…

The Purchase and installation was good so far still require another part to be fitted which had to be ordered up, Zest have promised to replace tiles that are broken due to the brackets for solar panels ( note our tiles are quite fragile) , have now supplied a MCA cert so we can now get money for any power that goes into the grid, the 4 Stars are due to broken tiles

Installer was very good

Installer was very good, but when it is linked up to computer there is no information as to what it all means. For older people I think it would be an idea to have a manual as to what all the readings mean.

False selling of product

Was sold £6000(approx) GivEnergy battery, was told the energy provider was compatable with the deal & after instilation discovered that they had stopped the deal before it was sold to my elderly parents.
I feel this is totally inappropriate & personally feel that my parent were scammed.

Energy provider incentives and compatibility can unfortunately change at short notice, sometimes outside of our control, but that does not mean your parents’ system is unsuitable or without long-term benefit.
