If there was an option for negative stars I would give it, first deposit was everything great, slots working fine. I didn't withdraw, second deposit credit goes to 0 like hell with minimal wins, third deposit and credit just drops to 0 with 0 wins. Biggest scam ever and they claim to have highest rtp on online slots. Just scam don't ever donate your money to them: just reply to their comment. Even if you're "provable" fair you are only when needed to not always. And you can't actually prove it like I can't do so aswell. But since I've been playing the same slots on many sites I know when something is fishy. I know that after 500 spins you should get something back and not 0 balanced account but. The fact is that I can't prove it legally I can only see it since there are no mechanisms to prove you wrong or right. I'd still give you negative stars if possible. You're just scammers. And that's a fact.

I have deposited ₹10000 using UPI option and it got successfully transferred to site beneficiary account and I have the confirmation from my bank but this site claims that money never reached them and they claim that the transaction never exists

Simply the worst!!!!! Just don’t bother. Tried it 2 Times with 1000(!) Euros. Had like 7 Times Bonus games (On both days) and the max amount I won was 118 Euros in said games. Everything after was painful to watch. Never again!

At this casino my deposit of 100€ was not credited to my balance.

I wrote to the casino and they confirmed that I had deposited the €100 but claimed that I had gambled it away. However, in the game history you can clearly see that my last game was BEFORE the deposit.

Instead of helping me, they insinuate that I am lying and that I gambled away the 100€.

I am very desperate and cannot come to an agreement with this casino.
