I had similar issues with this company to other customers. I booked a service onlin via their website and then got a phone call and cancelation. The service was carried out on a different day and I had to take another day off work.
The engineer that carried out the service was very nice and professional however I never received a report or any record of any service in my Zetta online account. Few months later I received an invoice with no instructions how to pay. I sent multiple emails to the company requesting the report, they never got back to me.

I booked a heat pump service through this company’s website and received confirmation without any indication of availability issues.

Shortly after, they contacted me to say they “do not have the capacity” to carry out the service and refused to honour the booking.

Allowing customers to complete and confirm bookings without the intention or ability to deliver the service is unacceptable and highly frustrating. It caused delays to essential heating maintenance and wasted my time.

I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

This company is the worst company in Turkey.
They sell broken products. They are also racist.

If you call them for any complain, they will hang the phone up to your face.
If you complain at the internet, they will publish negative publicity about you.

Never try it. This is a trap.
