Placed my order on 1/17/20 and paid extra for 1/18/20 delivery. No delivery. No email response - can't get anyone on the phone. They took the payment immediately from my card.... so where is the product?

Def been satisfied with every order. Could have a few hardware choices added to the store but i'm a fan of their liquids for sure!

My first order had no issues and i was mostly happy with my purchases. One of the juices was chokingly throaty, but the others were spot on for flavor. So i ordered about $100 worth of the flavors i really liked for my second order on Nov 6th. After 3 weeks, and 2 emails, i finally received a box...with ONE of the 8 bottles i should have received and a BUNCH of packing peanuts. I sent emails asking for tracking info,and why only 1 bottle? I got 2 incomplete responses, a credit for the zeus bucks i had used on the order and was told theyd also be sending a replacement for the extra throaty juice. Weeks have passed and I have since sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered (like 1 per week for 6 weeks now). Finally 2 weeks ago i received tracking info. I got my box with 5 more bottles, a packing slip that said theyd send out the last 2 bottles asap. I sent another email. Still no response. "Tabatha" doesnt seem able to keep up with timely, complete, or reasonable responses. I have ZERO confidence I'll ever get the bottles i PAID for let alone the additional ones i was promised.

CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME ABOUT MY WIFE DAMN ORDER(( #681539 ))!!!!!. THIS IS 4TH TIME I HAVE REACHED WITH NO RESPONSE. I PLACED MY ORDER ON 11/3/19 AND SINCE THE 11/5/19 ITS BEEN SAYING ""PROCESSED"". IF THERE IS AN ISSUE, CREDIT MY FULL AMOUNT AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
