Product as described, well packaged and delivery was fast and efficient. Nice to get prior warning of imminent delivery from dpd.

Still has not arrived.
I rang the office and they told me to do some stupid chat online.
Sent an email to the stupid chat line.
Still no answer.
Still no delivery.
Can you tell me how I can cancel this order.
Service is very bad.
