I’m sorry Zeus but the brakes are bad and the handling is terrible compared to other e-scooters. I feel like I’m gonna crash. Hope you can change to make them better though!
I bought a supscription and the app saved my credit card then one day i saw that the app charged a sum amount while the scooter is not available in the area, then i tried to contact with the for refund but with no luck. Very bad customer service
While in Split, Croatia, my wife and son and I decided to hire some E-Scooters for an hour.
We used the app to locate the nearest and paid 10 Euros each for an hour using the app. As this was our first time, we weren't that familiar with the app or the renting process, but managed to do it. As this was the afternoon, the e-scooters had probably already been used, so the best battery indicators we could get were 3 out of 4 bars for each scooter.
15 minutes into our ride, my wife's scooter charge dropped from 3 bars to 2 bars and then almost immediately to 1 bar at which point it stopped working altogether. This happened within a couple of minutes, so not much warning.
We then spent the next 25 minutes pushing my wife and her scooter back to the hire point, which wasn't much fun!
On arriving back, 2 of the scooters were still showing 3 bars, so plenty of juice, or so it appeared, however, despite having 20 minutes left of the hour, the app wouldn't let us change my wife's scooter for another as there wasn't enough funding left, so all three of us had to end the hire at that point.
Contacted Zeus scooters support to explain that the battery of the affected scooter seemed to be an issue, but never received a reply.
Have learnt our lesson, never hire an e-scooter that doesn't have full 100% charge, and even then monitor it closely.
We won't be hiring equipment from Zeus Scooters again.
the scooters are fantastic I use them every day to go to school and win the prize I would really like it
One cannot park at the train station!
The brakes are so bad that I am surprised that I am still alive.
The GPS does not work so you have to spend extra money waiting for the GPS to catch up with the location to allow you to park
I’ve used Zeus Scooters in 2 different cities now, enjoy the experience every time! Looking forward to the next one. Highly recommend
