If I could give a lower review

If I could give a lower review, I would. Their support was terrible; I never got a reply to what my concerns were. Now I go to the site to log in, and it says the email I'm using doesn't exist. When I got to Contact Us, the msg doesn't go out. If this company is no longer operating, then they should return the money. They never sent an email about them being out of business or gave an update about their status.

I should've never referred them because I have friends with their money stuck.

Everytime i try to submit a msg on their Contact Us page I get a msg that says, "Failed To Fetch"
