Rips you off under the guise of "Offsite deals" violation
Blocking a seller/buyer because of anything related offsite (Discord, Epicnpc) via chat should only be done IF the trade was made outside Zeusx. However, its suspiciously convenient that you blocked me RIGHT AFTER THE DEAL WAS DONE via Zeusx system. Should you like already blocked me before the deal happened? Its like you waited for me get my earnings before blocking me. Not only that, all your on-hold earnings will not be refunded by Zeusx after blocking your account despite the deal still being done inside the site, with fees still deducted, because you violated the rules? Thats highway robbery out there. Why is it still a bannable offense if the deal was done inside Zeusx and buyer refused to deal offsite?
I admit a made a mistake, but refusing to reimburse the on-hold payment from my recent buyer despite the deal was still done inside Zeusx with fees already deducted just because of a mere mentioning of an offsite deal? What greedy scums you are.
If youre someone who wants to add another website to sell your accounts to, look somewhere else. Zeusx is completely anti-seller and they will find every tiny bit of loopholes on your chat to block your account then steals your earnings because you "violated" their rules that caters towards them. They cant even ban scam sellers that steals screenshots of accounts from Epicnpc that can bump more than 5 posts in a single time, while legit sellers can only bump 5 posts only. Epicnpc is 10x better than this thieving scums.
Enjoy that $150 you got from my sales and shove it down your assholes. Im done being polite to thieves. Most of my sales arent from your shitty, unstable website anyway.
You claim that this is to protect both sellers and buyers from your site from malicious activity and scams, but my earnings isnt lmao. You cant even unblock me when my buyer had encountered an issue with his account and i wanted to resolve it, but what can i do when im blocked. You never wanted to resolve the problem in the first place, because ill withdraw my earnings and you wont benefit from it. Good thing the account was locked out and buyer can refund his payment. Your account was restricted due to multiple violations of our Terms of Service, including discussions about offsite trading. As clearly stated in our policies, any attempts to take a deal off-platform—regardless of whether it was completed on Zeusx—are strictly prohibited. This rule exists to protect both buyers and sellers from scams and to maintain the security of all transactions.
In your specific case, the buyer reported that the account you sold was later locked, with access revoked shortly after the sale. This strongly indicates the account was reclaimed or tampered with after the transaction. As a result, the order was fully refunded to the buyer, and your payout was held in accordance with our fraud protection protocols.
Your claim that we "waited" to block your account is incorrect. Investigations take time, and actions are only taken after reports are reviewed and validated. We do not block accounts arbitrarily, and we certainly do not "steal" earnings. Your funds were not withheld arbitrarily, but due to a confirmed report of account recovery—a form of fraud.
We stand by our decision. We have zero tolerance for users who compromise buyer safety or attempt to bypass our system, and we will continue to prioritize a secure environment for our community.
If you believe you were wrongly accused, you are welcome to submit an appeal with supporting evidence through our support system. However, based on the current findings, your actions violated our platform’s trust and policies.

10/18/25 Edit: after a day of sending a email and writing this report. The support team got back to me and review the case again and unbanned the seller! I appreciate the support team being active and taking my concerns seriously! 10/10 i appreciate the Zeus team.
10/17/25 im a customer of this site for a year or so now. There was this particular store i found i enjoyed buying from. I liked the owner so much i asked for their personal information (discord) to inform me when they will be in stocked ON THE WEBSITE. IN doing so they got banned because they were supposedly offsite trade and i feel terrible. They got banned for me asking if i can add them on discord.. No warning to him or anything just a straight banned. I have screenshots of our conversation please unban him..

Bought a COC account on Zeusx
Bought a COC account on Zeusx. Account got banned within 10 days. Zeusx refused to let me to leave a negative review on the seller page. Dont trust the 5 stars reviews left by others or the system, those cant be edited.
Update: Yes, I fully accept the risk of being ban from bying and selling, that’s not the issue here.
The real concern is that I’m currently unable to change a review regarding this transaction. It feels like the platform is preventing me from sharing an honest experience. Like I said in my earlier review, do not trust all the 5 star ratings
