It's a great website!

It's a great website. I haven't been scammed once, and honestly it's really simple to filter out what you need and get it. Very reasonably priced too by the sellers. And to mention the sellers - so far, as to date after quite some purchases... They respond SUPER quickly. Within 20 seconds every single time. Couldn't choose a better service.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this site no problems at all up till now, I purchased an item twice and both times had a message displayed saying I need to email them to verify and I’ve been refunded, bit stupid as I’m a buyer not a seller guess I will have to wait a while for a reply.

Mlbb Account scammed

I been buying here few year before. Never have a problem however today i decide to bought an mlbb account which the information was wrong. I contact the seller many time after unable to login with the information and he was ignored me. It very upset me that this wasted of my time and money. This is such a bad experienced and hopefully the support will able to reach out and gave me a refund. They should gave this seller a warning.

My account was permanently restricted without any clear reason

My seller name is 9kShop and I was a seller on ZeusX.

My account was permanently restricted without any clear reason and without any warning through email. I did not violate any rules; the only thing I shared was my Discord ID with a buyer.

Also, I had around 200$ in my account balance which has not been paid to me. This is very disappointing and unprofessional.

I hope ZeusX reviews my case and resolves this issue.

Lack of API for sellers

This website could get 5 stars from me if it had the ability to use an API to publish products, as well as to create them. Believe me, managing thousands of products through a site without automation when you are the only person in your store is not an easy task.

Market4Gamers – seller account locked without explanation

My seller name is Market4Gamers and I was a Platinum rank seller with over 3,000 successful orders.

My account was permanently restricted without any valid explanation.
Support only sent automated replies and failed to provide clear proof.
A platform that can shut down experienced sellers without transparency cannot be trusted.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I strongly warn other sellers to be careful when using ZeusX.

Perma banned, funds withheld, due to a completed order where client wanted to keep in touch on Discord

I completed an order exactly through ZeusX’s website, delivered everything properly, and the buyer was satisfied. After the order was done, the client asked for my Discord. I did NOT share mine — I simply said they could share theirs if they wanted. That was it.

The next morning, I wake up to a ban. No warning, or temporary suspension, neither a proper explanation. Just “account is blocked due to personal contact sharing”. Bare in mind the order was completed 100% through their website and buyer just wanted to keep me as his friend.

I immediately emailed support thinking this had to be some kind of misunderstanding or it can be resolved since this wasn’t a huge issue in my eyes, I didnt cancel the order and went off site. Instead of actually reviewing the situation or giving me a fair chance to explain, they doubled down and said the ban is permanent AND they keep your funds (just for keeping someone as friend on Discord, when order is already completed on their website)

It’s incredibly frustrating to put time and effort into completing orders correctly, only to have your account permanently removed without any real communication or transparency. Avoid becoming a seller here, 0 warnings or at least 1 day or 30 days suspension AND withhold of the funds is abysmal work and policy by them. At the very least, there should be a warning system or a proper investigation before issuing a lifetime ban.

This experience left a really bad impression as a trusted seller with years of experience on platforms like Eldorado and G2G

Very disappointed, do not recommend to anyone becoming a seller.

Seller sold me an account which as been…

Another one: Even if they locked me out of my account so I had no proof for the chargeback, It went in my favor and an investigation as been open for their conduct. Dont buy there, those are a bunch of scammer without an once of sympaty. At the end I got fully refunded but what a waste of time.

Edit again: I fully cooperate. Lie again and again. Plus I told you about the seller selling acces to voice chat for minor to adult (pdf file) in roblox and you guys didnt care at all. You guys are full of ****. Scamming his customer cause your revenue went downhill. I sent every proof. Not only my bank accepted to chargeback in under a day but they also told me that you were a bunch of scammer and it was not the first time. Keep being so bad and this website will be close soon. AGAIN I have every proof. You have none.

Edit: For the scam answer they provided, this is pure lie. The answer prove how bad customer support is. The account as been banned for almost 9month. I have proof. Told them multiple time but they have such a bad customer service, they dont read, they copypasta. Temu chat bot is better than them. Lie after lie from the support team too. Funny how those positive review here look like bots, all with only 1 review, no picture, saying very fast and simple sentence.

Seller sold me an account which as been banned for using cheat on asia server but in Wuthering wave, when you are ban on a server, you can play on the other (ex:NA). When i found out about it and the missing character, I asked for a refund but the seller linked by himself the account on my gmail and it can be unlinked. Going back and forth for like 4 days with the support team getting the same copy pasta every 12h. Seller told a bunch of lie, even that it was me that got his account banned when I found out the exact date he got banned. Barely speak in english, yet the support team is on his side. ''you wont get a refund if you dont give the account back'' I CANT GIVE IT BACK, im not even the one who linked it, not to mention that im new on this site. Overall, very bad experience, support threatening me that if I chargeback my zeusx account will be banned etc. Something super simple but yet, support team make it terrible. go buy on g2g instead, the support team is way better and not on the seller side like on Zeusx.

The account was clearly advertised in the product description as a Europe server account. The “Asia” server was not listed in the description of the item you purchased. We have also verified the provided proof and confirmed that the Europe server account is functioning properly and can be played without issue.

Although the seller agreed to proceed with a refund, you did not cooperate in returning the account in good condition. As stated in our refund policy, for mutually agreed refunds between the buyer and seller, the account or item must be returned to the seller in its original and proper condition.

Please note that any changes made by the buyer that result in account suspension or banning are beyond the responsibility of both the seller and the platform. Since the account was valid and correctly delivered at the time of purchase, this case does not qualify for a refund.
