Brilliant purchase from an excellent company
Really pleased with my purchase from Zextons. I found them on the back of an awful experience I'd had with the massive company that has blue vans flying around the country. I wanted a specific phone, and the companies rated the most respected and value for money for refurbished phones were not selling it at a price I was willing to pay.
Scrolling down the list of Internet searches I found Zextons. Never heard of them before, but the price was right, the reviews were positive and the promise of an 18 month warranty really appealed. I took a chance and bought a phone. What a great decision that turned out to be.
As described on their site, the phone was dispatched the following day and arrived the day after. The phone was well packaged and there was little chance that it could have been damaged in transit. The condition of it is fantastic. It doesn't look like it's been used. I can't find a scratch on it anywhere. The phone was accompanied by a box containing a protective case, screen protector, charging cable etc. All of those are good quality.
This shopping experience gets a well deserved 5 stars.

Fast and seemless
The prices were the best I could find on the internet for brand new iPhone 15 and not much more than a refurb. Having checked reviews, I ordered on Thurs evening and the phone arrived by Royal Mail at 8.22am on the Saturday. Royal Mail were the disappointment, signed themselves and left on door step even though we were in, but that’s not Zextons fault and we retrieved package within 30 secs.
Top service from Zextons. Also free screen protector and case was useful, although cheap, protects until we find a better case.

Awesome service and prices!!
Okay, so I was dubious… not a known online or high street brand, and spending a little under £500 for a brand new, boxed and sealed, iPhone 15 (not the latest model out there, but enough for my needs!). Most other retailers charging circa £550+. So I called them, the guy I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful, not pushy or sales oriented at all. That gave me some confidence, so I thought “why not” let’s go for it!!
The phone arrived the next day by Royal Mail special delivery - with full tracking details from the moment it was dispatched! This was at no extra cost!
It was perfect! Plus Zextons included a free protection pack with a case and screen protector too!
When I set my phone up, it came with the registration to Apple for their full 12month warranty too. :-)
I will definitely be using these guys again- providing they stay more competitive than the larger and more well known brands! Well done guys!!
