Purchased CIC hearing aids in September 2025. Goods arrived in October 2025. The hearing aids did not work and upon closer examination found that I had two left ear units !!!.
And no volume control. Immediately contacted this Chinese company and advised them of the issues, no response or any acceptance of fault ownership. Advised that I had purchased a lifetime guarantee as per their website as other customers have stated the same response and percentage refund offered still waiting for any communication in February 2026. Appalling business ethics with no moral stance. Have since found the company is registered in Hong Kong trading as Discassignments Limited. I have the full company address and intend to pursue recovery of expenditure.Further information shows numerous litigation records against this company.
BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS.

The product is complete rubbish and wanted to return but despite their promises of refund was offered 30% reluctant accepted this but despite numerous e mails and their continued promises still have not received anything
This Company need to be investigated immediately to prevent this happening again and would urge no one Everton usethem

Scam....bought for an 82 year old,did not work. Promised,as advertised a 100 day money back guarantee. When we asked to return these for refund they kept offering a percentage discount despite them not wanted. The percentage offers grew to 50% which we reluctantly accepted to at least get this old lady some money back. It never materialised despite us sending lots of emails. This pensioner widow is now out of pocket significantly. Do not use this unscrupulous company at all. No phone number or address. Scammers who should be ashamed.

I ordered a Zeyphria CIC hearing aid in September and paid some £120. Its arrival was delayed but I was kept informed.
I tried hard to get used to the aids but found a constant problem with re-charging, however careful I was in following the cleaning instructions.
Well withing the 30 day limit I decided to return the hearing aid. Zeyphria gave me the return address in in China, si I returned them with proof of posting.
Since then I have heard nothing despite several emails to Zeyphria which have not been answered.
So here I am, some £120 out of pocket plus £14 in postage. There appears to be no way of getting this money back.
The Zeyphria website is currently blocked, with the explanation that this could be a fake e-store.
I hope this will be a warning to potential purchasers.

The hearing aids do not work if you have small ear canals. They don’t fit into my husband’s ears . They only came with 2 sizes of inserts.
We messaged the company to ask for the address to send them back but they said we could keep them and they we would give us a10% refund. This is totally unacceptable . We want to return them & have a 100% refund. Totally waste of money

Ordered hearing aid supposed to be easy to use. Poor instructions, not able to use so contacted re returning them. Address given Hong Kong for self return. After several emails offered a 10% refund and keep items. Fed up with it all and accepted on 28/10/25. No signs of any refund to date.

So it took ages to arrive! Paid for delivery not free. Wanted it for in a crowd situation and zoom! Wasn't what i expected. Tried to get a refund. But no, they offered discounts but still nothing happened. In fact they stopped communicating So I am stuck with it! It's usable but nothing to write home about.

Easy returns. LIES. No returns label in packaging and told via Email didn't want items back.
No quibble refunds. LIES. Emailed numerous times for refund. Just excuses with no contact or refund. Item now in the bin. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS.
