Online ordering was a frustrating experience. While the delivery company was indeed at fault, Zielinski’s customer support was completely unhelpful and chose to ignore the issue. The only response I received was that it was the delivery company’s fault. As a customer, I’m not concerned about the delivery, but I am concerned that the company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. They don’t seem to care about people or their mission statement. As a result, I won’t be purchasing their products anymore.

I love the idea you work by. However, it' s a pity I cannot try your scents anywhere in Poland before deciding on a purchase.

as for the experience in the shop; I‘m sure the assistant would have been very helpful but was busy with very demanding customers in the line before me- behind me there was also someone waiting. Maybe employing a second sale assistant would be an good idea. Also, it’s very nice that the perfumes also come in small bottles in case you want to gift someone an d are not quite sure. I just don’t understand why this is not the case for all of the scents…

The scent I use, feels and smells like you've made it exactly for me, it suits me like a great suit. The name, heavens apothecary really does live up to it. If it would be possible, I would make this event my daily scent and I would walk the earth with an everlasting smile.

I recently ordered several products from Zielinski & Rozen, and I’m very happy with my experience.
I chose a few fragrances and products, including the perfume Cedarwood, Patchouli, Jasmine, the hand cream Tobacco, Vetiver, Amber, and the hair mask Black Vanilla. Each product feels unique and carefully crafted, with scents that are deep, personal, and long-lasting. They really become part of your daily routine and mood.
I also placed my order during their spring offer and received a complimentary 50ml perfume (Vetiver, Musk), which was a wonderful addition.
What stood out to me the most is the feeling behind the brand. Their message about fragrance being part of your life truly resonates—I can already feel how these scents become part of my everyday moments.
Customer service was also excellent: very attentive, careful, and quick to respond, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.
Overall, I highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for something more personal and artistic than mainstream perfumes. I will definitely order again and hope to visit one of their stores in the future.

I found your boutique accidentally in Budapest and just tried the body cream by the door. The scent was so amazing, so i had to go back the next day and see what you have at the shop. My first purchase was the pink pepper perfume, the next week the small black pepper perfume and the body cream and handcream. I love the scent so much, I used the whole bottle so fast so i had to order the big bottle. I love the complementary bodycream, really nice idea. I will continue to buy it in the future for sure.

Some day, while I was in a coffee shop, I washed my hands with a soap which was so good that I couldn't stop bringing my palms to my nose! I noted down the firm from that soap bottle and after a while I visited their shop. The experience was unique. You literally enter the world of scents. From then on I have tried myself, but also gifted to friends, several of their products. I am grateful for the aromatic experience they offer.

The black pepper vetiver scent has become my go to scent and I use both the perfume, body cream, body shampoo, hair kreatin mask, curl cream and candle scent. I can't get enough of it! I hope you will never stop creating this godly scent! I have been a customer for years and no other products beat yours. I just recently tried your new hair care line and I must say that I LOVE the kreatin mask and the curl cream as well! My hair has never been softer or happier! THANKS!

I bought body lotion and a bottle of Rose, Jasmine perfume... the lotion is ok but the perfume smells bad

Years ago I found the Zielinsky & Rozen shop at the fleemarket in Old Jaffa Tel Aviv. I was fascinated with the atmosphere and character of the shop, its people and the wonderful products. No matter if it’s perfume, soap, body wash, lotion or the home fragrances – the scent is unique. Each scent – and I have a couple of favorites – is absolutely individual, a fantastic creation that touches your senses and soul. Since this first discovery of Zielinsky & Rozen in Jaffa I am using their products every day... And with more and more shops opening in Europe I very much hope a Munich one will open as well in the near future! 😊

I like the nature and the un-complexity of your scents. I get the impression I want to have. No shishi. As my Daily perfume I use 3 Avenue George V of Givenchy. Great. Took a Long time to find, takes 1 second to disappear. It is very complex. Then I Take one of your Hand creams, and its ok

Amazing brand was a surprising discovery

We came across Zielinski and Drozen on a back street in Nice. purchased a few fragrances there , and then ran out of them. I checked out the company on line and to my surprise they are a lot bigger and I guess more well known that I thought , with a great looking space in Amsterdam too. Anyway living in West Sussex i am please to say we were able to replenish stocks on line- so all good , and a sooth transaction plus quick delivery too .

Customer service replied me the same day ( or next maybe). They were very friendly like I was buying parfums for much more money - they treated me like I was " somebody ". I now know that every and each buyer is important to them. Parfums were well packed,arrived fast. Pleasant experience. All 3 parfums were blind buy - and all 3 are grate( black vanilla , orange& jasmin ,and apple& lottus.

The scent is unique and it make me feel wrapped in coziness all day long I use the perfume and the soap and the bath foam they are gorgeous

These scents are amazing and so different from others. Very special and very luxurious.
