Placed an order Thursday 31st July. Paid DPD next day delivery. Order still showing as unfulfilled on Monday 4th Aug. Tried to contact company, phone line does not work and no answer from emails sent. Very poor service. Have no alternative but to raise didpute with bank. Will not use again so beware if youre thinking of purchasing from this company.
Update - eventually got my order but still to this day I have had no reply to any emails or messages. Very poor. Would not buy from this company again.

Another dishonest advert
The shoes were advertised as wide and they are not. Company inferred 20% money back and I keep the shoes ir I could send them back at my expense but would not get a refund until they arrived back in China!
Will never use them again!

I ordered online 14:30, it shipped at 16:30 and arrived at 9:30 the next day. Amazing! Thank you ZigZag.

Love my fabulous Fly London, Chelsea boots! 🥰 Called the Zigzag Chichester store and was assisted by a fantastic friendly lady who was super helpful and quickly explained what was in stock, the online ordering process for either click & collect or delivery and how quickly the shoes could be delivered to me. In less than a minute I’d located the specific boots online, placed order, paid and before the end of the day the boots were dispatched by next day courier and speedily winging their way to me. WOWZERS! The boots arrived securely packed in their original authentic Fly London packaging and are now on my feet and look fantastic! Lovely boots and FANTASTIC service from Zigzag Footwear - Thank You! I’ll definitely be using them again ❤️👍😁
