They haven't returned the money for six days now. I provide all the evidence, but they reject it. You can only talk to a robot there. and doesn't give a specific answer, they just blocked my account.

The fee is higher than expected. Even Ziina-to-Ziina transfers are not free; although it shows zero fees when transferring the amount, it deducts 4-5% upon receipt in another Ziina account.

Terrible app , they is no phone call only web chat,
They froze my account with a lot of money in it treating to hold my funds up to 120days .
I provided all the documents they asked but no response.
It’s a scam, better to use western union or a direct bank transfer.

I had an issue with payment refund and as soon as i contacted the support team “ashir” was their to save the day thank you so much for timing the time to hear and follow up for 2 days to solve my payment issue . Best customer service !!💜💜

Worst service provider, they charged more than normal bank charges, where they say upto 5000 aed, their will be no charges, when you try to contact them. They do not respond st all, or you will recieve response when you are offline and close the chat.

You open again you inquiry from the start again the same no response.
It's scam.

Ive used this app twice the second time i got scammed and contacted the team and they helped me get my money back and were very helpful i really appreciated their help. Will continue to use their app!

Unreliable app, they terminated the account and hold the fund for 60-120 days. It’s a daylight robbery and scamming scheme.
Not recommended at all.
