Worse company ever! A complete Scam! The intent of this company is to create such complexity in redeeming a gift and terrible customer service that the consumer eventually just gives up and Zift Zillions gets to keep the money the purchaser spent for the card. Steer clear of this company and just purchase a legit gift card from a reputable source!! Most of the 5 star reviews here are AI generated and fake!

This company, Zift Zillions, contacted me privately requesting additional personal information so they could allegedly “follow up” on my case. In my view, this appears to be an attempt to identify me and publicly shame me with a response on Trustpilot in a way that suggests the issue has been resolved and the problem was my fault. Similar to what I’ve observed on other negative reviews.
If you look through the reviews, you’ll notice a pattern: negative feedback is often followed by a company reply (which reads like it may be AI generated), claiming all is good and they have done their part and then several 4–5 star reviews that use very similar wording and describe consistently positive experiences. That pattern raises concerns for me.
Regardless, I’m sharing my honest experience and observations to help inform other consumers. Whether or not it’s believed, I encourage consumers to avoid this company and consider purchasing gift cards from well established, reputable sources.
For context, here’s what happened in my case:
I was unable to redeem my e-gift card online despite multiple attempts on multiple computers. I also spent hours trying to reach customer service, including being disconnected twice because I didn’t enter a “human” validation number correctly. As I stated originally, intentionally overly complicated. Due to my issues, I requested a refund. I’ve been told a refund check will be issued within 14 business days. So, yes, tentatively resolved. I will update this review once I know whether that refund is received.

Very limited options on gift cards, I didn’t really want any of the brands being offered as well as multiple choices for restaurants fast food places that are 3 states away

Such a hassle to buy a gift card at the store to make the recipient have to go through a 3rd party vendor to BUY a gift card again. Then to continuously get error messages making it impossible to redeem the gift card. What a nuisance! If you don't want to annoy the person you're giving the gift card to, DO NOT buy from this company.

First time I called the man was very rude, hard time understanding, & think its ridiculous when a 79 yr old woman scratches the bar code off & has to jump thru hoops to get an e card sent not even an original card. I will never purchase another zillions card again !
