Unknown delivery date
I was under the impression that my order would be delivered prior to Mother's Day.
It was turned over to the USPS by FEDEX and I am unable to get a tracking number.
Had I known that it would not be delivered by Mother's Day, I would not of placed an order.

Order arrived late
When I ordered this as a gift for Mother’s Day the order states it would arrive on Saturday before Mother’s Day. The delivery actually happened three days later.

It was Mother's Day gift that was advertised to take (3-5) working days to deliver. I ordered it 11 days in advanced to ensure it arrives on time. The delivery took 12 days and the gift was late.

I ordered a Mother’s Day gift on 5/2/25 and it said it would be delivered before Mother’s Day. It didn’t arrive at our house until the Monday after Mother’s Day. I have sent multiple emails about this issue and have not received any response. If your going to advertise something will be delivered by a certain day it should be delivered by that day or you should atleast have the common courtesy to explain why it was not delivered on time.
