Both preworks are amazing just depends on your preference. I really love the transparency of the products and fully loaded with effective dosages. No cutting the corners with 10-15g scoop 24-27g. Both flavors taste just like what it says it is and very smooth.

1. I LOVE the blackberry lime GET PMPD. The formula of GET PMPD gives me the good pump without so much caffeine. Im able to go home from the gym, shower, and go right to sleep.

The Get PMPD definitely has a good pump and kept me focused. Even with the low caffeine I have no problem staying energized and pushing my limits! I love this stuff!
