AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS! I bought a new hoverboard go kart for my little boy for Christmas. They sent a broken return to me instead. Battery lasted 10 mins tops and my boy is in tears. Absolutely heartbreaking and the customer service is non existent. Absolutely no compassion at all.
I hope this company gets shut down for the fraudsters they are. AVOID AT ALL COST !

The Smart Segboard QA

The Smart Segboard is very well made and delivered quickly as hoped. However, the Hoverkart HK5 had various minor defects that made me suspect it could be a faulty one returned. The quality assurance on the kart was not good, yet I await engagement with the Coy to see how expediently they make good on the issues highlighted (bracket welding incorrectly aligned, no washers for the seat bolts, no pads to connect to board to the cart, front wheel doesnt spin freely etc).
On a positive note, the paint work is good and it looks fab and is priced well.

Never buy zimx again

Never buy zimx again, we bought an electric scooter for my son and we had an issue with the charging got a replacement off currys which was nice and easy. Now the new scooter has broke and trying to get in contact with zimx about warrenty issues is a joke, it would be easier getting blood out of a stone. The products are cheap and nasty and the company is an embarrassment. NEVER buying there products ever again.

Never buy zimx again as I bought it less than a year and it is coming up E2 error, contacted customer service and they want purchase receipt which I lost so I am stuck

Even without a receipt, sometimes our customer service can verify your purchase through other methods like a retailer store / website purchase email confirmation from where you purchased it from. Please note also if you bought this item through Currys, then they will be a able to give you a copy of there internal sales file called a MCSD report. You can then email this to us as proof of purchase. Hope this is helpful for you, as we are always here to resolve any product issue you may have for any of our products.

No Support/ No communication ability.

Initial communication with the company wasn’t easy and tried the below .
Tel: 01214547589 is a recorded announcement.
Email: Info at zimx.uk or info at ukbigbuy.com no responses coming back.

But once I filled in there returns forms things became more automated and dialogue was established.

Courier labels were generated for return and the repair center has confirmed the issues/ and dispatched for return to me - all in all a business week turn around from complaint to repair to return. Hoping to receive these boards back tomorrow based on DPD shipping notification just received.

Therefore in light I am editing my review from 1* and increasing to 4* on the assumption the boards arrive and work.
