Horrible. Refunds are impossible, they try to trick you into keeping the item for a discount. Starting low but altering there negotiating up to 50% discount.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry your experience left you frustrated. It was never our intention to make you feel pushed into keeping an item.
When a customer asks about a return, we sometimes offer a partial refund so they can keep the item. We do this because it saves a return shipment, which is better for the environment, and because it's often quicker and easier for the customer. It's only ever an option, never a condition. A full return is always possible, and we say so in every email we send about it.
