I just copied a feedback of a Lady as it’s the same fraud issue and no one is stopping them !!!!!! I signed up for a 3-month subscription for Zing Coach. When checking my bank statement, straight away I was charged an additional £22.99 twice for Zing Nutrition and a body scan. I did not approve or authorise this charge. I contacted Zing and was told no refund for the two £22.99 . I just cancelled my subscription and I know it was a mistake to not check the reviews before to get involved with these bastards as I can see there is many many people that lost cash with them so let’s complain about them together to stop them definitely stealing our cash without !!!

When a user signs up for Zing Coach, optional add-ons like the Nutrition Guide and AI Body Scan may be offered during the onboarding process. These are clearly shown as one-time purchases and must be manually confirmed before being added. They are designed to enhance your experience, but are not required to use the app.

That said, we reviewed this case in full and, although the charges were valid, we’ve issued a complete refund — including for the add-ons, which are normally non-refundable. The subscription was also cancelled, and no further charges will be made.

Unauthorised Card Charge by Zing
I signed up for a 3-month subscription for Zing Coach. In reviewing my card statement, straight away I was charged an additional £22.99 twice for Zing Nutrition and a body scan. I did not approve or authorise this charge. I contacted Zing and was told no refund for the two £22.99 but refunded me £25.99 for the coaching session I wanted. Then cancelled my subscription. I’m filing a fraud claim with my bank as a result. Be very aware of this issue.

I signed up for 3 month membership then it flashed a screen saying add body scan for 38 but they made it seem like with the membership not additional and then I asked for a refund since I realized and they refuse to refund which is ridiculous long term that I am thinking of being a member for years.

Stay Away. They do not reimburse the adds on they lead you to purchasd

I start to purchase Zing Coach. Then it shows up that, to get full benefits you should purchase an additional body scan which I did, after it shows a meal plan…
This is a kind of scan end they lead you to spend more and more.
I immediately requested my refund as I didn’t even used it, which the mentioned would do, but for the body scan linked to the zing coach they say that no refund will be issued because this is state in their policy.
I only purchased that because I had the primary app. This is a scam and do not make any sense as they are not transparent.

Your answer shows the behavior of your company. We are sorry ... just a script

why do you refund ad ons to some people and not to me?

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge by Zing

I signed up for a 3-month subscription for Zing Coach. In reviewing my credit card statement, I was charged an additional $28.79 for Zing Nutrition. I did not approve or authorize this charge. I contacted Zing and was told no refund for the $28.79 would be issued. I filed a fraud claim with my bank as a result. Be very aware of this issue.

UPDATE: Zing has finally agreed to refund the Nutrition charge of $28.79 after telling them I filed the fraud claim and writing this review. Still giving one star as their customer service is terrible.

This app has got me back on track and…

This app has got me back on track and is very user friendly. I like that AI is available to ask questions. I like that you can switch out an exercise for another that will work same muscles, you can change wt lbs since I did not have the wts needed it was easy to adjust. I love that I can link my Spotify acct for music and choose gym or home and equipment avail.
If I was to make changes. It would be to have a bulk price for the nutrition piece and other add is as part of the pkg. I dislike apps that have these cost upgrades you have to continue to buy in to for the extras (such as the scans and nutritional piece).

I started using since June of last year…

I started using since June of last year and so far till now I have seen an evolution of my body that I like I see myself more attractive more disciplined toward exercising, I now put goals to myself that I know I can reach with the help of the app and my equipment I made a wish for this new year and it is to exercise daily.
I love that when you have the try workout you can choose or you want to do it at home or at the gym and with or without equipment I liked that there is a community that supports each other and I also love that if you have any inconvenience or new ideas the app designers listen to us the users.

Dishonest and overpriced.

Dishonest and overpriced.
Lured me in with a decent introductory offer then without any warning the cost tripled to almost £70 a month. They offered a ‘partial refund’ as they know they’re in the wrong but that’s not good enough for me. Avoid the hassle it isn’t worth it.

My biggest hurdle to working out has always been finding the best workout for me – this app eliminates that problem. In minutes you get a tailored workout that focuses on the areas you want – you can even quickly substitute out exercises. This app will also adapt what you work on based on your progress and recovery.
As a bonus – you get access to an AI Coach that can answer most of your fitness questions at any time and help with the app functionality.
The customer service is also amazing! I had reached out to them with one question, and they got back to me very quickly and helped make the app work better for me.

I was watching a YouTube video and I…

I was watching a YouTube video and I saw a ad and I thought well maybe I'll check it out because she had said that there's a good workout plans etc. Well I went through like 8 minutes or 10 minutes of selecting buttons and check marking this blah blah blah and then I find out that they want money for it well you know what tell me up front that there could be a cost associated with it if you'd like to continue press next but no I have to go through the whole thing and then they said okay $33.99 please. I mean how rude is that to get a customer to go through that much time plus it found an error somewhere and it took me back to the start and I had to do that three times on this website that they had so I'm not happy about it and so that's my thoughts for the day.

Deducted a payment after I had cancelled the subscription. Very poor customer service refusing to refund me despite saying the payment being deducted was an oversight. Absolute scam. Do not use.

Had major issues with the app

Had major issues with the app. No matter how I tried to adjust my workout, I kept getting the same result when the app was supposed to adapt to my settings. I wanted a session for biceps, but the app kept creating a full-body program… Reported the issue through the app, and Ludmila responded within five minutes and solved my problem. Super satisfied!!!
