Was I scammed.......Waited for items on…
Was I scammed.......Waited for items on back order.... understand that.
But when items despatched I received tracking info.
Days later tracking says delivered.sorting office that supposedly delivered was 260 miles away (long walk for postie) waited on phone to royal mail for 50 mins only to be told items returned to sender.
Emailed zinga a few times but no one getting back to me.ITEMS NOW ARRIVED....ROYAL MAILS FAULT??

Good quality item but bad pre order
I did receive my items and they are good quality but I received them a month later then it originally stated and it took me emailing them for to provide me with an update so even though I pre ordered these they had already been in stores for around a month before I got mine

I truly sympathise that the delay to pre-order is disappointing as our stock for 1 of the 2 items you purchased did arrive a couple weeks later than we initially expected.
Although these delays are out of our control, as we are only able to fulfil your order once the manufacturer (Funko) has released our shipment of this item, the reason all our pre-order release dates are set as 'expected' or 'estimated' is because Funko does not set any exact release dates for their products. On top of this, Funko can release stock to retailers at varied times.
However we will definitely take your feedback on board to ensure we keep customers updated on product delay as much as possible.
