Cheap and nasty

Yeah it's cheap and yes you get a number, but the customer access portal is completely inaccessible from all browsers, and customer support is hard to get a hold of and unhelpful. Changing to another supplier today.

Terrible company and service all round

Terrible company and service all round! Regret ever trusting in them just dont go there!!! From high charges to bad service and then leaving us without out voice mail service for days at a time causing us more loss of time and $ without any compensation again Iam sure!! Gutted..

Stay clear of this company!

Shocking customer service. Once they get you, you are just a number!

They would charge you for past invoices older than 6 months!

Their portal is hopelessly slow to download any current invoices.

When you speak to their customer support, they are just indifferent - pointing out that's printed in the terms and conditions. Even the Operations Manager does not seem to care saying any complaint would be a pointless exercise as they would all come to her!

Stay Clear of this company

Basically you are a number...literally. once they have you, its impossible to get in contact with them to help sort any problems. Their online chat has the sole knowledge of selling you their product which can be found on the website anyways.
If you have an internal error, be it a bill or charge, a product not working; good luck trying to log into your account. Even if you can log in, you have to then submit a request for someone to adhere to your request...which ALWAYS takes many days, if not weeks with the same excuse that they've been extremely busy.
Come on Zintel/Evoice....its 2016...we deserve answers and actions straight away.
oh yes i also forgot to mention that if you request something else to get sorted, they may (mostly likely) wont help as you have only 'x' amount of requests per month (who has that in the digital world today??). So if the service they provide doesn't work and they fix it and then something else goes wrong...you guessed it...you have to wait.
It's like working along 1st year business owners who have no idea what they're doing. Sad to see a once good business turn to rubbish. Trust me i was with them 5 years ago. the business has been sold within that time.

Stay Away From Them

Has cost me several weeks of lost business due to a fault with their call whisper product. I was told that I had to check my phone lines regularly. That was about 12 months ago. I logged a complaint about the FACT that one of my clients rang me on my mobile to tell me that he had given my 1800 number to 4 people who had not been able to get through to me over this last month. I rarely miss calls and if there is a missed call it is always responded to inside of a couple of minutes. So where did their calls go? Into the telecommunications ether I suppose. I logged a complaint and get told that I have to provide them with date and time of these calls as well as the originating number. I understand that this may be a requirement to check their system however that is just not feasible. Substandard product with a substandard attitude. I am moving away from them for many and varied problems that are always my fault and I can not afford to LOSE another call.
