Shipping snaffu makes for a difficult transaction

Update: I got the gelatin in mid-November. The product itself is very high quality. I am on the fence about where to get my next supply of gelatin. The date it actually shipped was 10/28/24, so I think my order slipped through the cracks.

They made me nervous by claiming it had shipped when the shipping website very clearly showed that the USPS had not received it. When that happened, I asked them to cancel the order. They didn't cancel the order - they finally shipped the product.

I originally ordered powdered gelatin on 10/18/24. I didn't get any email or notifications of shipping progress but did get an invoice. I contacted them on 10/25 via email (no customer service phone, of course) and got an email on 10/29/24 claiming that their system says the product shipped. I replied with a snip of the order on USPS shipping tracker that showed USPS was still waiting to receive the product. So Zint or possibly USPS made an error and didn't send the product until 10/28.

Oh well. I find online shopping to be stressful. I miss being able to get simple grass fed gelatin at the health food store.
