Ordered 16 days ago. Still have yet to even receive a tracking number. Numerous attempts to contact customer service have been for naught. Number provided by the website is unreachable.
Worst customer service I have dealt with bc there has been no customer service provided.
Update:
After posting was quickly contacted by customer service and I have received my tracking number. Some things take time to receive. Just be better about keeping customers informed during the process and have a number that can actually be reached.

We ordered a watch in November 2018. The parcel was sent from USA to Ukraine by USPS. But it was lost somewhere along the road. ZINVO sent a watch again by FedEx. We have already got a watch. We are so pleased about it. Thank you so much, ZINVO! And especially thanks to Katie for her attention, understanding, for all she has done for us! i dont recommend this company to anyone! very bad customer support, only lying and earning time! they have not a stock, i cannot understand how they working! i was order 1st watch 15 Aug and 2nd watch 21 Aug, but nothing has been shipped yet, only lying blau blau blau... Very bad company and i have never seen such service before! you can delet my comment, because your company focused only earning money, not to cusomers satisfaction!

Don’t get me wrong I love my Blade but the watch isn’t made someone who works outside for a living. It’s more of a designer brand. Meanwhile I have an broken watch and a naked wrist.

Long story - but with happy ending
I ordered a watch on the 23rd of july and never recieved a tracking number or a response, the customer service number only goes to voice mail and my emails are unanswered. But my money was taken immediately from my credit card.Now after 2 weeks with no reply im slowly wondering if I got scammed or not..
Update 14.8. I was contacted by Zivno and they promised to deliver the watch as soon as possible- let's hope the best ! Even accepted a new delivery adress now and seem to be very helpful. I will update when the watch really arrived.
Update 21.8.
Finally the watch arrived - now everything fine !

Order Status? No Tracking Number...
Hello, I placed an order on 26/07/19 & all I received was an acknowledgment of the order.
No shipping information even today which is 31/07/2019.
(payment charged to my credit card - which is successful)
On the website, it says you will get an update up to 48 hours on the order for shipping and still got nothing.
My order #14521.
Can anyone send me tracking information on this order?
I have emailed a few emails to follow up with no response.
It meant to be a birthday present, I hope it is on time...
