Deceptive discount Last 30 summer
First you offer a Last 30 summer discount then when I decided to purchase and entered the code for 30% off you basically changed the price from $ 95 to $135. so in reality there was no discount only a price swap. I doubt this is legal. I hope your happy I will not be purchasing again from Zip Health.

Wanted to cancel. It's a joke. The pharmacy opens before ziphealth so the prescription was filled before I could cancel. Stay away.

Customer service all way. I chose to change my treatment completely. First, I sent a request. Second, I received an email. Third, I made a phone call. Fourth, it's in the mail. All within 48 hours. I couldn't believe it either.

Terrible Experience
I needed some medicine URGENTLY, and I ordered it on a Thursday so I could have it before the weekend. But this company did not make sure the shipment went out on Friday and it sat at their facility for two days over the weekend and did not get shipped until Monday morning! I had to order more medicine from another provider so I could pick it up on Saturday. If Zip Health would have shipped it on Friday like they were supposed to, I would have had it Saturday like I needed. I asked them to cancel the order but they said it was too late. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Wasted $150
I needed my medication for a vacation. I used their shipping timeline tool to pick the shipping method that would get my meds to me in time for my vacation. Ziphealth was too slow getting the prescription and shipping the order out. I should have had plenty of time to spare, but because they were so slow I wasted $150 and didn’t have my meds for my vacation.
