Been using Zipjet for years and move to Laundryapp has made it even better. Great to get those difficult to do items cleaned.

Ok, but there are better options

The service was ok, but a little frustrating to be told 10 mins before the end of my allocated delivery slot that they would not be able to deliver that night. Received the next morning and the clothes were clean and folded, they did an ok job of the bedding

Very professional and excellent dry cleaning services

3rd or 4th time now I am using their service and I am very happy. I work in London but I live outside of London so i usualy book the collection from my workplace. Every time, i get someone very professional collecting or bringing back my clothes. Haven't had any issues or delays and i like the fact that they're keeping me updated throught the process. I definitely recommend their services.

Ruined clothes

My skirt is missing its decorative items, my jumpsuit is shrunken and two pieces of my clothing returned with the stains on it. Never again.

Great service

Very good service. Only reason why it’s not five stars is because of the amount of wastage/plastic being used.

Timely arrival of pickup and timely…

Timely arrival of pickup and timely delivery. gets the job done. Don't have to drag around my laundry at 8.30am in the tube during rush hour!

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service. Have been a loyal customer for over a year but service levels have slipped recently - last deliveries never happened on time and were a day or two late. Customer service is nowhere to be found (don’t even bother trying to call them, you’ll never get any answer on the phone). Don’t ever use them if you have a time sensitive need for your clothing back (e.g a business trip or event to attend). Much better alternatives now available in London so I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Late pick up and the driver appeared…

Late pick up and the driver appeared unwilling to cross the road to collect the items! Not a great dry clean on the suit, not a great ironing job on the short. In summary; not great, won’t use again and glad I didn’t pay full price

Terrible. Absolutely awful

First it took over 36hours to get a pickup time. Confirmed a morning pick up and the driver didn’t make it in the 1.5 hour window. He was almost 30 minutes after the end of the window. I cancelled the order. Having left my laundry with the reception at my building, the driver shows up 15 minutes after I canceled and still picked up the laundry. I called customer service that evening and Sam assured me my laundry would be returned the next morning and there definitely would be no charge. So of course I was still charged. Pathetic program. I have filed a claim with my credit card company.

Just got to London

Just got to London , had traveled a far distance so needed a few suits done by Monday.. they picked up my stuff Saturday from the flat and within 24 hours it was back with me!

overcharged

I was charged repeatedly for items which I didnt leave for dry-cleaning. Zipjet also ruined two shirts of mine (worth 200 GBP each) and is only offering a refund of 15 GBP per item - Be careful with this company. Better alternatives available

Looking at your order I can see that this had a double duvet along with 2 bed spreads. They are charged more than other bed linen due to the size and time needed to process etc. I am sorry that you feel this was unclear. The price list can be found on our website and app.

I had a large blanket given it for cleaning. And I’m pretty sure it was not cleaned. Just folded and handed back in a bag.
