Bought a 4,99 pounds product, NEVER received it. Phone several times, only the first 2 were answered. Now phone is "not-recognized". They said the amount was reimbursed, but the money never came to my account.
Sadly for me, there were not enough reviews about it.
I ordered some spares for a Samsung mobile phone in Feb 2015. These have not arrived in 2 months so I have tried to contact the firm. They have a fairly impressive web site. It has mobile and email contact details and a photo of their fancy glass-fronted shop, with a "store address" of 55 Rosamund Street Bolton. Sadly that's where things fall apart. The email address doesn't reply; the mobile phone number returns "this number is not recognised"; the 55 Rosamund Street store turns out to be a shabby terraced house - the photo is a fake with identifying signs etc removed. The firm on further investigation was registered in June 2014 with £100 capital. It has all the signs of a scam.
