Overseas use is unreliable
I travelled from Australia to United States on Sat, 13th Dec 2025, and I paid a couple of small items, using Zipplus in the amount of $6.85 USD, without no issues. However, when I tried to use it in Nicaragua, the transaction was denied. I contacted Zipplus and they were not able to grant access to the card because they said I was in a risk country. Other credit or debit cards can be blocked, but once you explain the situation, the cards can be unblocked and you would be able to use it, unfortunately Zipplus doesn't have the technology to do so. I cannot even access the app. In my opinion this card charges a lot of monthly fee if you owe, even one cent in a month period, on top of that, it's a very unreliable card, so as soon as I return to Australia, I will cancel this hopeless card.

Worst company you can try to finance with. I used this company to finance some tires. During the order process there was a glitch and the order was unsuccessful. This company has continued to take $146 out of my account every 2 weeks for an order that never completed. I have had to dispute the charges and cancel my card to get them to stop taking money that did not belong to them. I have reached out to there customer service via email and calls with no resolution. Customer service is garbage. I am still battling this company to get my money back as of today 12/13/2025. User beware.
