I bought a Zippo lighter from zippo.ie…

I bought a Zippo lighter from zippo.ie on January 28, 2026.
When I tracked the shipment through DHL, I saw that the item was never delivered and was eventually returned to the sender for an unknown reason.
I filed a complaint, but the exact same process happened again. The product was once more sent back to the sender.
Isn’t it tragically ironic?
Two days ago, they sent me a new tracking number.
As far as I understand, the product is being shipped from Germany. Honestly, I could have walked there and picked it up faster.
I bought this as a birthday gift in January, and now it’s March and it still hasn’t been delivered.
Definitely do not shop here.

2 Months no products delivered

I ordered a €63 lighter before christmas (2 months ago) and a pair of sunglasses to get free shipping (over €75) I have not recieved my items yet and have been told it has been sent back to Germany (for some unknown reason).
The tracking shows it was back in Germany 8 days ago and I have heard nothing since.
They don't reply on Zippo.ie and when they do send a rare email it is generic and pointless.

Amazing customer service

I messaged the Zippo European Repair Clinic via the Zippo.ie website, they replied within half an hour and within the hour arranged a replacement insert which arrived within 3 days.
