No customer service
I have previously used ziptitan and have spent thousands on their service. I left for a few months and decided to use the service again. However, similar to some complaints I have read, I spent a few hundred a month for 18-24 leads. In 2 months I received 1 lead in a different zipcode. No one replies to the help chat box. You can't get anyone on the phone, just a recording saying they answer emails as they come in. I've sent emails and weeks later I still have no response. I literally paid $650 for 36+ leads and only received 1 lead. I really enjoyed the service before, but this is ridiculous.

Absolutely Horrible and Frustrating Experience!
This company promised me that I would receive 23 seller leads for $267 in my zip code. Two weeks after signing up I received zero leads. When you call their phone number no one ever answers, and it will send you to the chat. I reached out via chat and email several times over the course of two weeks no response whatsoever. There's absolutely no form of communication at all with this company. They just take your money and stay quiet. It feels like a scam. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. RUN!

ZipTitan Has No Customer Services
I used them previously and got several buyer leads. However, I used them recently and didn't get one single lead. I contacted them to ask for a credit to be applied to a different zip code and no one responded. They don't have a telephone number available. I sent several emails and contacted them on Facebook and no one has responded.

Great expectations, poor results
I paid for 19-31 leads per month in my chosen zip code in a large metro area. After the first month, I had received four (4) contacts total, none of them in my chosen zip code. Conversations with the "team" (one person, as far as I can tell) were friendly but ultimately futile at providing what I paid for. Fortunately, you can cancel online anytime.

I am not happy with our results
I am not happy with our results. Our team has a very fast call back time and we have systems in place that nurture leads as well. We've not received one viable lead out of the 35+ leads that have come in. Names and phone numbers are great - but not if they are not at all responsive.

Please take into account that our leads' average conversion ratio is 3-6 months, and our agents employ our system's funnel to automate lead follow-up. Marketing has reached out with several courses of action and recommendations you can follow to increase lead quality. They have also noticed that several leads submitted their information through our site more than once, which denotes a renewed interest in buying/selling a property, we recommend prioritizing these instances when following up. In these cases we recommend you enable our platform’s Funnel Feature to put them on a drip campaign and nurture them until they are ready to do something. We would love for every lead our agents receive to turn into a deal, but a great part of this process will depend on each agent’s individual skill as salespersons and the way they follow up with the leads and value they provide to each client in the process. I recently subscribed to buyer leads and have to say I'm impressed, 14 ot of 17 answered my call and 6 of them are actively looking to buy, the rest may not qualifiy to buy now but surely will in the future. For a $300 investment and over 10 days left in my first month I think I've made a good decision. I have to point out however, that the integrations are still very limited, I cannot import leads from another lead provider into their CRM, which would make things easier for me. Other than that, they have everything that I need.

Abysmal, Worthless, and a Terrible Waste of Money
Abysmal. I have done plenty of online advertising. I spend more than $10K monthly on Zillow. This service is absolute trash. I cannot warn you more earnestly to stay away from this company. All leads are so far from decent (i.e., terrible). When I moved to suspend my spend, leads magically and immediately stopped. Again, they're pretty pitiful in the first place, but to coincidentally stop once I've made a decision to suspend my account in the near future (not renew)? Yeah, highly unprofessional, cheap, and fraudulent. Stay away!
***UPDATE***
The team at ZipTitan responded - with lies. Renewal was deactivated ONE WEEK prior to the end of the billing period. From the date that renewal was deactivated until the end of the billing period, not one lead was received. It was certainly a strange coincidence. No, it's hard to call that a coincidence.

I spent $962 for one month in my zip code. They said i'd get 80-90 Leads. I only got 4 in my zip code and around 20 in other towns. I tried emailing the President to discuss, but he wont return messages. Definitely not worth the money.

Regarding your account, after its review by our team right after you joined our family, we noticed that the current demand in your selected zip code was not in accordance with our projected forecast of 80-90 leads, our system estimates a number of leads to be delivered within the time frame of your subscription, this estimation is generated by our ad providers (namely Google Inc. and Facebook Inc.) by taking into account their own algorithms, past performance and trends and it is a monthly value given off a yearly total, in a year’s time you should receive the total amount of estimated leads. To correct the course of your campaign we reached out and offered to add several zip codes at no extra cost to your account, these were experiencing far greater demand than your chosen zip code and would make up for the lack in traffic. In contrast with our proposal you requested a free month of your subscription on your selected area to allow for demand to pick up and did not want to add any other zip codes, which we gladly granted since our priority is seeing you succeed with us. I personally reached out and responded to the inquiry you submitted through my corporate email hoping to help you move forward and get the results you signed up for, looking forward to your reply.

Absolutely the worst product possible. I was lied to in reference to how many leads I would get in my market.
however, I did get leads too far from my market. A total waste of $2,400 and they promised a partial refund but liers are liers. Run as fast as you can.

Poor Leads and Not from the Zip Code Purchased
I only gave this service a chance because of the reviews here. Makes me question the validity of the reviews. I paid just under $900/month for a majority share of the leads from a selected zip code. I never received a single lead from that zip code. I did receive many poor leads from zip codes nowhere near the one I paid for. Not one lead lead to an appointment. That's because a majority of the leads provided poor contact information. And the ones who I was able to reach were all interested in the value of their home for refinancing. It should be pretty simple to separate out people who want refi quotes and no interest in selling. You know, like maybe ask them in the screening process. If you want to chase bad leads all day, by all means, you can have the zip code I just cancelled.
And take note of how their response doesn't address any of the issues I raised - "leads" far from the paid zip code, "leads" without contact info, "leads" that wanted to refi instead of sell. I put "leads" in quotes because they were anything but leads. Instead they give the canned excuse that leads take time to convert. I would have been thrilled to have a single lead that was interested in selling months from now. I work leads of my own that sometimes years to convert. This service failed to provide anything even resembling a legitimate lead.

I didn't pay this money to get terrible rent leads. It was advertised as seller leads and it is not the case. False advertising!

I assure you, we run ads to react to intentional Google searches like "what's my home worth" or "my property value". Our marketing team has put together samples of our most successful agents’ ads, which I have sent on a private message. We also encourage you to employ your Home Valuation link to see the process the leads are submitted to when they land on our pages, where we ask questions to make sure they have a legitimate interest in selling their homes.

Not worth it. I got one lead in three months that MIGHT list her home. All of the others were already under contract with other agents! No idea where they are getting these 'leads' from.

This is how the process looks like from the lead's perspective:
1. They search on Google or Bing "What's my home worth?", "property value estimation", "my home value", or similar keywords
2. They usually click on the first 3 Google search results, that's where we place our ads.
3. They land on one of our 200+ landing pages and fill a pre-qualification form. We ask basic but important questions about their property and ask for their contact info so that one of our agents gets in touch with them and provides a professional price opinion.
4. We ask for their phone number, name and email address, if they fill it completely they will get redirected to a report with AVM ranges for them to have an idea and are encouraged to contact you for a more accurate price opinion, highlighting the pros and cons of using you instead of an automated valuation model to get an accurate number.
5. At this point the lead must be expecting a follow up from you.
If you want to see by yourself how it works, you can access your home valuation page from your account, you don't need to have an active subscription in order to use it.

Read the fine print before you move forward. You are stuck with their 1 month service fee no matter the quality of leads. 4 leads so far and 2 of them are homes under contract (PENDING) garbage, the 3rd was in another State, because it's close to my state (Not licensed there so more garbage) and the fourth was a mobile home (not licensed to sell those nor do I want to be)....so yes, if you want to light $300 on fire, go for it. Otherwise read the fine print and know what you are about to pay for.

I received 8 bad leads for a $200 subscription
I received 8 leads for $200, over 60% of leads were with invalid contact info, none of the leads were from selected zip code, 5 leads bad info, 2 leads weren't interested, and the third person never responded. The two contacts that were good, was not interested in talking to a realtor. Zip Titan should vet their leads better.

Bad leads. I was sent leads that were already listed, homes that were sold just a couple of months ago, and one seller lead that says they don’t even own a home.Also, leads that never answered the phone or replied to text messages. I reached out to zip titan and no one ever responded. I would give zero stars if I could. Btw the 5 star reviews are fake this company is bogus.
