Very poor service

Very poor service. My funds have been cleared and showing as available and made 5 payments since May which still have not been processed. Previously they used to take 1 week to process payments. I have messaged them on many occasions and they do not reply. I wonder if they have gone bust

Looks like they've gone bust

Looks like they've gone bust, but not had the decency to actually tell people. Mind was similar during covid, when they ran out of cash & peddled a load of lies. If you Google their owners, there's a post from one of their suppliers back in February shaming them as non payers.
Now pending payments have been cancelled. They've gone!!!

Avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid! This used to be a great idea and allowed that little bit extra to be paid to your high bills but over recent months it’s been awful along with their service. Communication is awful.

Was an ok company has a bit of money in…

Was an ok company has a bit of money in there to pay utilities was building it up till I had a large sum. then using it logged in 16/11 the app was a bit clunky just thought it was my end. So reinstalled the app and nothing I get to the email verification and it says can’t connect to server. but some people can still scan I have emailed to see if They can help not holding out from what I read.

No longer paying out

Last few months all payments and messages have stopped, they are either out of business or the directors/owners filling their own pockets. At least have some class and provide some sort of communication instead of us just wasting our time.

Don't Bother

Over the course of 2023, I had £75 worth of payouts after the whole mess ZipZero were in that time around. In 2024, they were paying pretty promptly and I received £25 in payouts between January and April. Come May time, all that stopped. I now have £25 worth of payments pending from 04/05/2024, 20/05/2024, 29/06/2024, 20/08/2024 and 27/09/2024.

They were initially replying to my messages but now they've ghosted me. The last e-mail I had a reply to was on 10/09/2024 and I've sent them 4 e-mails since which have gone unresponded.

Don't bother using them- seems as though they've got no money to pay current customers so it would be a waste of time

Zipzero need to come out and tell us us…

Zipzero need to come out and tell us us Zipzero is no more.
How unprofessional and downright disrespectful for them to just sit in silence.
I would have 10000x more respect for them if they had made a statement months ago to say they are sadly having to close. Instead we are met with silence.
Disgraceful.

Please say what's going on

I really liked zip zero It was a fantastic idea But they should have done the right thing and told everyone what was going on. Instead of not saying anything just a terrible way to say goodbye

DONT USE

Absolute scam. You send receipts for months and months and months. The payments are pending for months and months then they cancelled all pending payments which was about 25 pound without explanation. They use the data we send them but don't pay out. All my time wasted to not recieve anything at all is shocking

I’m at a loss payments of £180 still…

I’m at a loss payments of £180 still processing since May. No response from customer service. Now the app doesn’t load so went to install it again input my email to get link click on link and it doesn’t connect to their server. I have emailed numerous of times to say their server isn’t working. I’m not impressed at all and feel very very angry. Times are hard for people and that £180 would have helped me out. Where do we stand on getting the money owed to us🤬🤬😡😡

The app seems to be non-functional

The app seems to be non-functional, and customer service, which was responsive until a few weeks ago, has since become unresponsive. I have payments marked as ‘processing’ since May that have not been paid. It feels as though the company might be facing financial trouble or possibly bankruptcy. While the app was excellent in the past, this year’s experience has been extremely disappointing. Very poor service.

Ive stopped scanning reciepts because I have £27.15 thats been processing for the last 5 months and money in my wallet that's not worth processing

ZIPZERO

I have continually sent emails many times to ZIPZERO to pay my bills and not one payment has been made. If I could score lower I would. I thought it would go towards my phone bill but nothing and the other day I requested £57 to be paid to my account and have emailed them and it’s never been credited. I’m really disgusted with the way they are conducting their business and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
