Communication, Communication, Communication

I am still waiting for payouts from June this year. Whilst I fully accept that small businesses struggle, I think the real issue here is a lack of communication. Customers shouldn’t have to sit waiting, expecting things to happen in the usual way. They shouldn’t have to keep bombarding the customer service team for an answer. A statement should’ve gone out to explain the situation before it got out of hand. ZipZero can’t keep fobbing people off by telling them ‘hopefully this month, next month etc’ - be honest. No one wants this business go under I’m sure, but it’s no surprise people get frustrated. Maybe if the community forum hadn’t been taken down members could have let off steam amongst themselves.

I'm extremely disappointed

I'm extremely disappointed. Apparently I shop too much although I only had £15 -£16 pounds built up since last year. I've been scanning every receipt I got. My account as now been suspended its so unfair as I struggle with My energy Bills. So unfair & as left me feeling low after all the hard-working saving them them & religiously scanning them. Until I gey some help with this I have not got a good word to say with how I have been treated. Although I love zip zero. Just not the people that run it.

Bills stuck in processing stage

My bills say processing (not paid) and one of these is from 10 aug. My friend did get her bills paid.l, but says she now has the same issue. Hopefully i will eventually get paid? Disappointing but maybe company will sort out the issues they are going through.

Theu use to pay and now no

Theu use to pay and now no.
They have promised to pay my remaining last 2 payments on several occasions and still nothing 9 months in now. The business is not paying and they have empty promises. While we all wait for our funds they sit woth a profit of £3,379,484 in 2023 and £2,085,361 from 2022 why not pay us out of this money.
Absolute fraud and a legal case needs to be setup for the people that you have promised to pay

Still avoiding what has happened to the…

Still avoiding what has happened to the funds they have kept from me. Over £200, where has it gone to. Why can’t you just be honest. Response is same old same old not exactly answering me correctly. Avoid this company. They will not pay out

Don’t use them.

A app that keeps you waiting for 5 months for a payout. And still nothing. Good job I’m no more relying on them paying out as they don’t pay out they should might as well call it a day and stop messing people around as they cant payout as they dont have the funds and never will have the funds So if I was you I wouldn’t use their company as they won’t pay out they keep telling you dates in the hope they make money off you and not pay out

Money for nothing, if they survive their current issues.

Generally, Zipzero has been a great app, amd I have earned and had £144 paid out over the past few years - trick is to NOT save up, but regularly request payouts.
It does seem that they may be in trouble again, with their finding and backers.
Hopefully this will be resolved and they can manage to carry on, as this is a great app for getting something for nothing. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Seems ok

Seems ok, however I have not managed to pay a bill yet. I have had it about 2 years. Have some receipt cash saved up.
But now I can’t login to app just stays stuck on ZipZero blue screen for 2 days now. Is there a problem with login in?

I have never received the payment they…

I have never received the payment they promise for the uploaded data/receipt scanning. They just keep postponing the pay out dates and making empty promises!!!!

Do not use - scam

Do not use. Seems to just be a way of gathering data with no intention to pay out. I would accept the company's explanation about funding partners if it wasn't for the fact that they're failing to reply to my email (since missing the promised payment date of mid August) and have also deleted the community page within the app where members were discussing the payment delays. If there are issues they need to address them and not just shut down conversations between members.

Great whilst it lasted.

Firstly, AVOID!

It was great whilst it lasted, however following a successful period of payouts ZipZero has resorted to delay tactics, mis-truths and poor communications. Please don’t bother wasting your time with this app. I was once a very heavy user and successfully managed to withdraw over £300 to help with my bills. Now, I’ve been waiting 4 months for a bill payment of over £100. They’ve today finally admitted it’s unlikely ever going to be paid.

I have contacted Customer Services who responded with the below;

We wish we had positive news to share with you about the delay of May-June ordered transfers.

The promised funds we were expecting weeks ago are still delayed. Whilst the new expected date for the transfer is now the end of the first week of September, we have no way of guaranteeing that our funders will come through for us.

At this point, we completely respect if you decide to stop scanning or submitting online purchases due to these delays. If you make this decision, we must stress that your account and accumulated units are safe.

This is also confirmation that no data is being monetised during this period.

We will keep you informed of any further updates if things do turn around but for now, we thank you for your patience till now.

Keep getting fobbed off

Keep getting fobbed off! Still haven't paid out keep getting excuses. Just collecting data for free and getting away with it. I've seen more bad reviews than good.

Hanging in there!

I have been a loyal zipzero user for years and I'm disgusted reading someone of the comments from the users attacking the customer service team and pasting your responses. We've been told the issue is with their funding partners, so if you've been a loyal user since day one you will find that the company does work hard to try and resolve any issues they might face. Stop attacking their customer service team and be patient. I hope when it's all sorted some users get banned. As a business owner myself customer's never show loyalty when you're struggling but are quick to show disloyalty when you're trying to solve any issues the company might face.

previously been great but…

They had previously been great but now I am still awaiting payments requested in May and June despite the promise of 3-5 days in the app and other promises via email. Now the community forum page has vanished too I am fearing the worst. I would really love them to succeed as a business but lets say from what I see at present it is looking poor. I really hope they prove my concerns wrong.
