This shop based in Hungary does not offer any guarantee for products sold in Romania and ships them in damaged "original" packaging wrapped in black foil, which does not protect the products during transportation! If you accept the product, however, and later find that there is something you are unhappy with, even if you make a return just 5 minutes after receipt, you will have to wait weeks until the product is returned to Hungary, they check if it is defective, and if they consider giving you your money back, maybe they will, but I don't think so since you are put on hold for so long and they claim that you have checked the terms and conditions of the contract of that store for return, without which you could not place the order!
The seller also admits that they only sell products made in China and misleads customers into believing that nowhere else in the world does Makita manufacture their power tools, which is false!
Avoid shops such as ZIVTOOL that are not in the country where you live as you are likely to buy counterfeit products or lose your money if you return them within the first 14 days!
