This is the only company after thorough researching from whom I would buy certain products. For example, the powdered coconut milk is from Vietnam one of the cleanest countries there is. Aside from that their customer service is excellent!

Bought the "Cordyceps Mushroom Extract Powder - Organic - 1 lb" on subscription from Z Natural Foods a few months back and totally forgot about it. Saw an email the other day, thanking me for my (new) order, and panicked for sec because I was like I didn't buy anything. I eventually realized it was due to originally getting it on subscription and emailed immediately asking them to cancel the shipment. Within 5–6 hours later (the exact timeframe promised in their email), I received a response from Mark telling me everything had been taken care of, that the order had been cancelled and my card refunded for the charge. The cancellation notice arrived right afterwards. The next day I emailed again asking them to cancel the subscription itself, as I don't need more of the item, and received a response 3 minutes later confirming that the subscription had been cancelled. Very excellent customer service and response time!

I received a product that was damaged during shipping. It was replaced and in a speedy amount of time. The customer service person I spoke with was friendly and helpful.
