I bought a pair of Dali Opticon 6 MK2 speakers from Zococity and I'm extremely happy with the whole experience. Communication before the purchase was fast and clear, shipping to Portugal was free and delivery was surprisingly quick.
When I noticed some cosmetic damage on one of the units, their after-sales service handled it exemplarily: they responded promptly and offered several solutions, resolving everything within 24 hours.
It's rare to find this level of customer service from an online retailer. Highly recommended.

Denon PMA600HNE, Denon DCD 600NE and Polkaudio Signature Elite ES15. After reading some negative reviews, I was very sceptical but the price! And the service has been A++. Purchased on Friday 26th Sept, Arrived Monday 29th Sept. Thanks for a good service.

Last week we bought a new Yamaha RX-V4 receiver after connecting there was smoke and no sound.
Contact ZOCOCITY no problem a new unit was delivered.
Perfect service.
Now we enjoy the perfect sound.

Ordering online was easy. Price was excellent. Delivery was in two days, as promised. I contacted their customer support team for help with the product, and they replied very quickly. I will definitely use Zococity.es again.

I wasn't able to purchase directly from the website, so I sent an email asking to help me. I got a response within minutes. Alex manually processed the order for me and sent me a link to pay my purchase. This all went smoothly and I'm looking forward to receiving my products. My compliments to customer service!

Ordered something that was supposed to be instantly available. Got a single mail indicating that the order had been received on their end, still waiting on the item.

Edit: Arrived several MONTHS later, after emailing them complaining about the lack of any communication from their end.

I wouldnt use them again 3 e mails i have sent 1 in english 2 in spanish and not reply. They take ur money and blank you.
Really bad customer service

I have bought twice from this shop and never will be using it again. My first order was Fiio X1 DAP, which they sent me in wrong color and they claimed to me that I had ordered that color. When I showed paypal receipt proof that the color is different they started to get very agitated about the issue and never could they accept that it was their fault.

Second time I ordered from there was, because they had the cheapest price for Fidue A83 IEMS. Got the product all good. Some months later the MMCX connector part fell off the cable and I tried to do warranty claim, because I felt that the way it fell of was not right, so it must have been a manufacturer defect.

They decline my claim, because in their eyes I had manipulated the product, so it must be my fault. When I finally got tired of the hassle and gave up, I tried to take the same connector piece out of the cable on the part where it was still working and with all of my strenght I could do take it off. The way it originally fell of was when I wanted to clean the cable and I detach the cable from the IEM to clean then and then it just came off.

So far both of my experiences have been really bad and I will never again be using this shop, because the poor customer service they offer is just not worth the extra savings in money. So if you buy from there be prepared to get wrong item and the shop is always correct at least in their eyes and be prepared to have no warranty on your items even though EU law states that shops must offer 2 year warranty or either manufacturer must offer it, but in this case the manufacturer does not reside in EU so the warranty issue falls on the shop and of course they will do anything they can to decline your claim.
