Very happy with the service provided. the product was out of stock and I was advised more was expected in within 7 days which it was and the cited was delivered to my home a few days later.

The product is good except the sewing is on edge and sometimes pulls

I'm so sorry this happened! It's definitely not normal. As you can imagine, we've had to rearrange our staffing often due to various COVID compliance issues and a couple of mistakes have been made with packages due to some newer staff in our warehouse. I'm sorry it delayed your delivery. We had to wait for your goods to arrive back at our warehouse as we didn't have any more to send to you in stock otherwise we could have got it sorted out faster for you. Very embarrassing for us and frustrating for you! I hope you'll give us another go in the future.
