I am so sorry to hear that delivery took a while. We did send your order out within 36 hours of receiving it but unfortunately Australia Post was very busy during that period and obviously dropped the ball with your parcel.
They are generally pretty good but unfortunately sometimes delays happen outside of our control. I am really very sorry for the disappointment caused.
