On Friday 15th August 2025..I was told to leave a sample at the Reception desk of St Johns Medical Centre 299 Bromyard Rd Worcester WR2 5FB..
I arrived at at approx 12.45pm..The receptionist was a Mature Woman with a (short Crop dark Blonde Bob)..She said i was Late! and the Sample should of been delivered before 2pm????...I explained to her that i phoned and spoke to a receptionist earlier and was told to bring my sample before 2pm..The receptionist replied your late at that point I looked up at the Barrier Screen which had a couple of notice placed on it..One stated that samples should be brought to the surgery before 2pm, so i pointed this out to her..She then accepted my sample..On the 19th the following Tuesday i contacted the surgery only to be told that my sample was Lost!!...I was told to go back to the surgery to leave another Sample..While I was waiting in the waiting room for my Taxi I was approached by another Mature Receptionist Women with Platinum Blonde shoulder length hair..She handed me a sample that was in a N.H.S. sample bag ready to be sent to the Laboratory..Even a 8 year old could read and see Where it should be sent to I informed her that it's supposed to be sent off she insisted the Doctor said I should have it..So I contacted the doctor he quickly went to the Mature Receptionist and told her what to do.

I have used these services for the past 4 years, I have found them to be very helpful and supportive with great communication to support us at Race Wars U.K. events.
