I bought a skincare product but it turn out to be not good one. Or rather to say it's not the same as I use daily, everything is not the same. As in Big NO I was hoping to be good one cause it's from Sweden but it turn out, NO. Cause the sender is not in Sweden. Why would you say Sweden when it's not from Sweden.

Disappointing and seems unprofessional
Disappointed. Ordered some boots that did not look like the picture, and that did not fit my feet. Strange shape, tight in the front and far too loose in the back. Have been trying for a week to get a response from customer service to return them, without getting a single reply. Seems very unprofessional and will not recommend. Now looking for solutions to figure out how I can get my money back if I don't get a response after sending 3 emails...

I thought that the company, when selling specific products for cosmetic use, would have protocols to not put the health of consumers at risk. I have purchased two products and they do not contain any information about their manufacturing. The company says it is located in Sweden, which gives security to consumers since the Nordic countries protect their citizens with filters. I highly doubt that the company is located in Sweden. Now, the question is, do I use or not the device I bought, which is supposed to have different lights for certain results... or will they just be colored lights with no meaning? I don't want to take the chance and then regret it.

The product (glow mirror) was rubbish! I thought I would trust an order from Sweden, but apparantly they are delivering stuff from Chinese fastfashion and ultra low price stores. Truly disappointed!!
