BEWARE - DO NOT USE No stars for Zoe Sydney. I ordered red striped linen trousers and received a cheap pair of unbranded light pink and white polyester pyjama bottoms.

This looks to me like another Chinese importer hiding behind an Australian sounding brand to fool British buyers. Some sort of fictitious return address in London given. I am now waiting to see if I get the advertised as a reduced price of £44.00 refunded. and will post again once I have heard back (if I even get a response). Why is Britain allowing this company to operate and continue cheating people out of their hard earned money? It’s reached a point on line where you have to beware of any company using a City name outside of China as they are probably a Chinese firm or a Chinese importer. BEWARE - DO NOT USE,

i ordered the nior blossom evening party mini dress and it arrived without the bow at the back. The website says that it is shipped from within australia although it went through multiple international security phases, so how is it australian? i am not happy with the quality of the dress, the time it took to be shipped and the lies being told from this company.

Ordered 3 suits on Dec 2, despite believable tracking links, there was a "failed" delivery attempt on Dec 12 (weird we were home) and then tracking updated to awaiting collection at the post office (weird, no card, no email from Australia Post). Went to post office and was never there. Since then it has not moved, at this point I don't believe it exists at all. I have emailed twice and simply told it's on the way. It's now Dec 23rd. I have asked 3 times now for a refund and strangely that requested is simply ignored. Clearly a scam and they just take your money and send nothing. I am taking this further.

Wish I’d read these reviews sooner! Waited 3 weeks for items to arrive. The quality and composition of the garments looks nothing like that depicted on the website and now I’m having to pay $40 to return stock to China!

Based on a picture shown on their website I bought a fur jacket for my daughter. It looked very beautiful but what I received after an endless waiting was a complete different thing.
Awful cheap fabric and NOT what was shown on the website.
I complained about it, and i got offered half of the price as refund. The jacket original price was more than 100 dollars, but with a Christmas discount i paid 80.
The jacket i received is worth no more than 10 pounds. Anonymous label, and I was told also that their warehouse in china.
Never again.

I bought a dress for a wedding and it turned up now three days after the wedding. It was a green sage summer dress with black spots… the material they used to rip off this design which they clearly stole off. A legitimate website was nothing short of appalling… I called them today and got a stick it up your rear end basically so I contacted my credit card company and I’m pursuing a chargeback. Do not buy from these guys. They are not based in Sydney. I will be making a complaint to trading standards and the ACCC… they should not be allowed to do business in Australia and trading off the name with Sydney it is a complete scam - I wish I could add photos to show you how bad this dress is that I got - I hope this review helps you

This company is an absolute joke. The dress I received looked NOTHING like what was advertised. What arrived was cheap, poorly made, low-quality rubbish that wouldn’t even pass for a knock-off. Total bait and switch.
Delivery took over a month, which should have been my first warning. I returned the dress immediately, followed all their instructions, and THREE MONTHS LATER I STILL HAVE NO REFUND. They are now outright refusing to return my money.
They hide behind the name “Zoe’s Sydney,” but make no mistake — nothing is made in Australia. This is a misleading brand selling cheaply made overseas products while pretending to be a local business. Once they have your money, they stop responding and avoid accountability.
This company has zero integrity, zero customer service, and zero respect for consumers.
Save yourself the stress, anger, and financial loss — stay far away.

Actually rate this company 0, Do not buy from this site, they advertise prestige garments however you will receive overpriced Chinese knockoffs not worthy of rags. It’s not a local warehouse and returns are far from smooth. If you return the goods to the Asia address provided you will not receive a refund. This mob need shutting down.

SCAM!! Do not order from here I repeat do not order. The website is so misleading and the description of the item I ordered is completely wrong - the quality is also rubbish. Despite being mid-sold the handbag by Zoe Sydey the customer service was awful, super unhelpful and basically told me I can’t return the item as it will cost ME too much to return to china.. yes china, not Australia. They offered me a 25% refund however after 2 months I have still not received the refund and all they say to me is ‘we are still reviewing your case’ so I’ve accepted I won’t be getting thr 25% refund promised because I can’t waste anymore time or energy on this awful company.

Do no buy from them, they are based in China not in Sydney, they do not do free returns. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Total rip off - I followed the sizing chart exactly but it was totally off and literally the weirdest sizing ever. TERRIBLE QUALITY. came from china, not Australia (neutral bay) like they flaunt all over their website. They offered a ‘one time courtesy’ of a 25% refund, despite their website saying they would honour full refunds for faulty product. Don’t trust them.

Appalling service. Dress was defective as it’s missing a button and when I enquired about returning the garment for a refund, I was told that I had to send the garment to China at my own expense. Even after referring to the return and refund policies online and advising I would be happy to send the dress to Sydney, they repeatedly told me that I had to send it to China in order to get a refund. Don’t buy anything from this outfit.

I would give no stars if I could! Absolute scammers. I Spent $76.99 for a pair of what was supposed to be zipper backed roman sandals. Received a pair of very cheap and nasty plastic sandals that you actually cannot do up! I wish I had reviewed these scammers before purchasing so I would have known it was cheap China junk and not even from Sydney as you are led to believe. They should be stopped from selling their products in Australia.

Quickly noticed that I have seen several of the dresses on temu!
Haven't bought from the site, but almost did. Glad i checked here first too.
But one of the ones i saw is 18 au on temu but 199 on their site

Scam company. Advertises fashionable, well made clothes but sends cheap knock offs from China. Won’t refund you.

If I could give it a ZERO I would. Misleads you into thinking you are ordering from Aus, but you're ordering from China. Took 4 weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did, the sizing was completely off. Paid for the return postage to CHINA. The package looks like it is still sitting in CHINA customs to be sent out for delivery after 3 weeks , so no doubt they have given a wrong address or something so that the package never reaches them. I have emailed them multiple times and I keep getting the same auto generated email response from them, so no one is monitoring email box. Their phone number they have listed just goes to a voicemail, that also doesn't get responded to.

I ordered the faux fur coat and I was extremely disappointed in what I received!! It looks nothing like the website and smells horrible! They’re located in china and cost almost $200 to return!! Do not buy from here!!

Dress is poor quality Tricks you into thinking you are ordering from Australia but comes from China

Do not purchase from this store. I paid for a return which had to be in China and have still never received my money back. The dress that arrived was not the dress that I ordered it was a cheap imitation. Waste of money!!

Same as all the other review. It took 2+ weeks to arrive as it comes from Asia instead of Australia but could have dealt with that. However, when we opened the long awaited package, we could not believe how bad the quality was. It was terrible, without shape, cheap material you could see thought (not ideal for a winter jacket). Items RRP were $250+. 100% sure Kmart will offer better quality for a 10th of the price
